1. Call-in is via a form on the website. Response via email.
2. Call-in opens at 6 am CT and closes at 8pm CT Thursday before the event.
3. Late call-in will be available on the website from 8pm CT Thursday  until 11am CT Friday. (A late fee applies to emails received during this time.)
4. If you want to enter after Thursday, it is a $25 late fee per event. Not exceeding more than $50. To Late Enter, you must text 256-530-9074.
5. At email, include your Birth Certificate and your waiver.

1. You must check in before you ride. 
2. You must have your wrist band on to ride/enter the arena.

1. All Shirts must be tucked in.
2. No Tank Tops
3. Wrist Band is required.
4. Helmet or hat (Hats must stay on past the plane if the alleyway.)
5. At the Finals: Full Western attire & Back Number

• Tiny Tot:  $15 per event (70% Payback with treasure box)
• Pee Wee:  $20 per event (75% Payback)
• Youth:  $25 per event (75% Payback)
• Senior:  $30 Per event (75% Payback)

• Non-member fee: $20 per contestant
• Membership (2023-2024 season): $120  

• If you enter and draw out or no show, you still owe your fees. Those must be paid before being able to enter another event.

• NO VENMO for Entry fees. Cash only at the event.

1. Purchase a membership.
2. Attend 4 rodeos not including the finals.
3. Sell one of the following:
   • A March 2025 days calendar. (Must be turned in at or by April Rodeo)
   • Rodeo ads totaling at least $350. (Must be Turned in at or by the April rodeo)

All Around:

• SADDLES TO THE ALL AROUND CHAMPION IN EACH AGE GROUP.
• Buckles to all around reserve champion in each group.
• All around points are based on who has the most points combined in all events for the season.

Event Awards:

• BUCKLES TO THE CHAMPIONS & RESERVE CHAMPIONS OF EACH AGE GROUP
• Top 6 awards for each group in each event. 
  • First & Second Buckles 
  • 3rd-6th – Table pick out

Points are given to any member in the top 20 with a qualified time. Starting with 20-1. All qualified times will be at least awards 1 point.

ALL MEMBERS MUST SELL EACH day of the week of the sponsorship calendar.

This Calendar is to be turned in at the March Rodeo. 

This is an easy fundraising calendar that all parents can do. Simply ask friends and family to sponsor the contestant by a day or two. Whatever day they sponsor is how much money you will obtain from them.

For example: I sponsor Jaci Mae Days 2 & 3, I will be giving her $5.

The Total you should collect for each Calendar is $425.
